Open CHM Files in XP SP3/Vista.

Problem:

Can not open CHM file in XP SP3 or Vista.

Description:

When try to open the CHM files, It saying “Navigation to the webpage was canceled”.

Solution:

Right Click on the CHM File, select Properties, At the bottom of the general tab, the security section, click Unlock. then you will be able to open this file.
